We’re talkin’ bout sex baby. (Dad, skip this post please)
Okay, I didn’t want to get into all of the dirty details of this book on-line, but I suggest you go read the reviews on Amazon. (her link is below). There’s even a little video of Dr. Berman on this book’s page.
Basically it’s just ways to mix it up a bit in the bedroom, or kitchen, or guest bath. HAVE FUN with it…everyone does it, so stop blushing.
According to Dr. OZ (another Oprah show regular), we should all be having 300 big O’s a year for optimal health. This book will get you headed in the right direction. I’m a little wigged out knowing my dad visits my site regularly but I consider this post a public service announcement and my contribution to all of your long and “happy” lives.

I am still traumatized from when Dr Berman was on Dr Oz. I told my parents as we were having lunch “let’s check out this new show, because…” then as I was munching on my salad – I nearly choked. Crap, now it’s on and I can’t turn it off so I have to explain who she is etc etc. My dad refused to turn around and look at the TV. It was a growing moment for all of us. Sounds like a good read with extracurricular work.
This book sounds good. She is a great doctor with truly open-minded, yet practical, advice to give. I will check it out.
Good for you to be so conscientious about public service that you would take such a chance.
As for the idea of my father reading or seeing me do a post of this nature…OMG! You are brave!

So glad I could be of service. I truly hope my dad skips this one.
I gotta say, the older I get the more comfortable I get talkin’ about the whole sex thing. And now with Jon workin’ on OZ, he’s all into this sex for good health thing. As if he needed another reason.
And Laura Berman…she is a pioneer woman.
